I am a life long resident of the Hampton Roads area. Obtained my real estate license in 2004. Since obtaining my license, I have been involved in a variety of real estate transactions including Commercial, Residential, Property Management as well as helping homeowners avoid foreclosure.

My name is Sean Schroeder, I am a full time Real Estate agent, and REALTOR, with The Real Estate-XChange. Prior to changing careers, I worked as an internet programmer developing and maintaining large corporate websites. I left the corporate world to to begin my new career in real estate.
